Ways to Give Later
Join our Legacy Giving program to learn about the tax-wise ways to take care of yourself, your family, and your community through bequests, charitable annuities, life estates and more. Anyone can leave a legacy and at any level, and in a way that is appropriate for you. Here are some examples.

Bequests
Leave any amount, percentage, or a remainder of your estate to charity in your will.

Beneficiary
You can name a charity as the beneficiary of assets from a donor’s estate.

Charitable Annuities
Charitable annuities provides you with a lifetime income, and the remainder goes to a charity upon your passing.

Life Estate
You can occupy your property for the rest of your life while arranging for it to be donated to charity upon your passing.

Forever Fund
The Montana Tax Endowment Credit incentivizes donors to support a permanent endowment whose annual earnings will sustainably support grants to local nonprofits, forever.
